• $35 non-refundable application fee per person
• $50 non-refundable application fee per person with co-signer
• $300 security deposit*
• $250 security deposit per pet, $100 is refundable (if no damages)
• $15 monthly fee per pet added to lease rate
• Wi-Fi available in common areas
• Parking stickers issued to residents
• 24-hour emergency maintenance
