Our Past and Present
 In 1958, World War II navy pilot, Carrol Fisher, returned home to Salisbury to raise a family and build a business. His engineering experience led to the birth of Fisher Engineering and Supply Company and Fisher Realty, Inc. The Fisher Companies emerged as a leader in residential, commercial and multi-family construction and management in Rowan County. Luke Fisher, in 1984, and Danny Fisher, in 1987, joined the company to begin the second generation of the family business. Today Fisher Realty owns and operates apartments and rentals in Salisbury and Wilmington, North Carolina. The company continues to be family owned and locally operated and offers its residents more than 50 years of quality, caring management.
